Project Development Implementation

PDI mainly falls under the authority of the Housing and Local Government Ministry though certain aspects of it are related to CIDB and other agencies. Its vision is to ensure that all development projects are successfully planned and implemented. The mission is to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate all programs, projects and development activities using effective methods and following time constraint, cost effectiveness and standard able qualities. The objective is to ensure all programs, projects and development activities are implemented within the time limit, economic cost and clients desirable qualities by planning development budget efficiently; implement and maintain projects within schedule; monitor projects implementation to ensure successful completion; and evaluate projects implementation to obtain actual impacts and outcomes.
