Mitrajaya’s unit bags 3 projects worth a total of RM182mil


 

KUALA LUMPUR - Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd (PMSB), has secured three projects worth a total of RM181.55mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Mitrajaya said two of the projects were awarded by Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd (SPNB) for LRT stations while the other project was awarded by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd for construction of 560 units of medium -cost public apartment.

PMSB was appointed as nominated sub-contractor by SPNB for proposed construction, completion, testing and commissioning of civil, external and all other associated works for the Kelana Jaya LRT line extension for contract value of RM46.8mil.

It also clinched a deal with SPNB for the proposed construction, completion, testing and commissioning of civil, external and all other associated works for the Ampang LRT line extension for contract value of RM55.2mil.

Both contracts period shall be for a period of 21 months.

Separately, PMSB has been appointed as main contractor by Putrajaya Holdings for the proposed construction and completion of 560 units medium cost public apartment inclusive of common facilities, eight units shop office and associated works in Precinct 11, Putrajaya for RM79.4mil.
